Learning through joy rather than heartache

Wednesday, March 15, 2017 Jen Gordon

In order to gain new ground and new experiences in life we need change. Change can come in so many different ways. And since we are here on this earth to experience expansion and growth, like a seed planted in the earth, we will always be predisposed to blossoming.

What does that mean for you? It means that it is not in your nature to stay the same.

Think about what has happened in your life as you’ve tried to stay in your comfort zone. When you stay in your comfort zone, only things that are “the same” can perpetuate. Staying in our comfort zone means we can only create what we have already created.

When you want to go with your natural predisposed propensity to blossom and grow then you will feel discomfort. Until you learn to feel comfort in change and the discomfort will disappear as you enter new waters, i.e. – new circumstances.

It is a huge gift of self-love to give yourself to allow yourself to blossom and change, to allow yourself to move into uncomfortable waters to learn through the joy your life was created to be.

What would it take to bring new experiences into your life?

How would it be possible to bloom into the joy your life was created to be?

What kind of expansion is possible for you?
