Do a little good for Drew

Friday, October 09, 2015 HALFSTACK MAGAZINE

Here at Halfstack we are all about supporting our own! Drew is an old Halfstack Staffer who used to write on health, fitness and finance for us! He recently launched a campaign to help raise funds for Neuroblastoma. Here's the story:

On November 12, 2011, a brave young boy, Wade DeBruin, lost his fight to the little known, yet most common pediatric cancer, Neuroblastoma. This is a cancer that forms in the Sympathetic Nervous System and is extremely difficult to treat. Neuroblastoma affects nearly twice as many babies as leukemia year, yet there is little being done about the cancer.

Drew has joined WADE'S ARMY in order to change this and continue Wade's fight. Throughout 2015 he will be fundraising for to benefit research and support of families that are affected by the costs of treatment for thier loved ones. On November 12, 2015 he will be celebrating Wade's Day by participating in a workout to celebrate Wade's life, and all of the children affected by pediatric cancer.

Neuroblastoma is an incredibly unforgiving disease that no child or family should suffer though. Please support his campaign with WADE'S ARMY's, and help him achieve his fundraising goal by November 12th.You can DONATE HERE.
