Halfstack Highlights - Episode 10 - Organums

Thursday, June 05, 2014 HALFSTACK MAGAZINE

Following a dream can be risky, but many entrepreneurs understand that risk comes with the territory. In order to achieve greatness, we must be willing to believe that we can be great. There is a quote by Marianne Williamson that has always touched me to the core. It states that often, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you." This statement embodies the attitude that an entrepreneur must have when launching a business and following a dream. If you can't believe in yourself, who else will?
