Eating Healthy With NoOodle

Wednesday, October 23, 2013 Sophie Magdalena

Listen up folks!  I have a healthy and delicious treat for each of you that is whipping up interest among consumers and retailers alike!  Heard of NoOodle?  If not, then let me be the one to share all the details!  CEO and Founder, Terri Rogers, a culinary extraordinaire and business aficionado has souped up a revolutionary and life-changing accomplishment in NoOodle.

What is NoOodle you ask?!

A low-calorie, ready to eat version of angel hair pasta that is not only an all-natural superfood, but is also very low-calorie, zero-carb, and easy to cook up and delicious!

These delicious soups come in two fabulous flavors including....

  • Chicken Flavor Infused Angel Hair:  Angel hair NoOodles in a light chicken broth
  • Tomato Infused Angel Hair:  Angel hair NoOodles in a tomato flavored broth

These soups have only 40 calories because they are made up of 97% water and 3% gluccomannan flour, a yam based flour, which is 100% soluble fiber.  NoOodle Soups contain no gluten, fat, carbs, soy or preservatives.  Gluccomannan is a natural ingredient that slows digestion and traps cholesterol and fat from being absorbed by the body.  And each flavor can be eaten as a soup or easily prepared with meats, fish or veggies as a perfect side dish to any meal!  And if you didn't think it could get any better, you can also eat healthy at a reasonable cost!  Only $5.99 per package which contains two servings!

NoOodle was gracious enough to send me some samples for review and I'm happy to share that my experience in cooking with NoOodle Soups was fantastic.  I personally am not a big fan of soups themselves, so I decided to take the Tomato Infused Angel Hair soup and make my own creation.  I chopped up some organic chicken breast and cooked it in the broth of the soup on about medium to high heat.  About 6 minutes in, I added some fresh minced garlic, chopped Baby Bella mushrooms, and fresh parsley and sauted for another 4-5 minutes.  I then poured in the noodles and topped it off with my favorite pasta sauce for an easy, delicious and low-calorie spaghetti dinner.

I'll be honest and admit that at first glance, the noodles don't look like much.  They reminded me very much of a ramen-type noodle and didn't expect anything spectacular, much less a filling meal.  However....  one dinner later, I was happily satisfied, my belly was pleasantly full and the ease of preparation and all the health benefits was just an added bonus!  I'm a total sucker for pastas and NoOodle has created a pasta alternative without the guilt or the rock-like feeling in my stomach after a carb-loaded meal.

The Halfstack team and myself highly recommend NoOodle to anyone who wants to take control of and improve their overall health without having to sacrifice taste.  It's easy and delicious and will leave you feeling satisfied after every meal!  To buy NoOodle today, visit NoOodle on their website and on Facebook.  Definitely check out their website to learn more about this great superfood and to find tasty and easy recipes to help you in creating your own scrumptious NoOodle meals!

Some NoOodle Healthy Facts:

  • The soluble fiber in NoOodles slows digestion that helps avoid spikes in the glucose level that is a significant benefit for Type II Diabetes patients.

  • Increased soluble fiber is also beneficial for those who have heart disease and people who are obese.

  • Similar to the trendy fad of substituting the carb-packed mashed potatoes for mashed cauliflower.
