Hello Halfstackers! Now I know I stressed this in last week’s post, but there are only a couple more weeks until you have to break out the text books. It’a major bummer, but look on the bright side... You get to display your back-to-school style for all your classmates to see. So in order to be on top of your fashion game this fall season keep reading because I am going to give you an inside scoop on a brand that is on the rise.

BucketFeet, A Chicago-based company where art and shoes become one. What could be more perfect? Two of my favorite things combined?! I’m sold. BucketFeet’s mission is to have a different artist design each shoe they have to offer. This idea is genius because talented artists get the exposure they deserve, and customers get original, fun shoe designs that stand out. BucketFeet’s artist collection just keeps on growing thus bringing new and fabulous shoes to the consumer.

One artist that is currently being featured on BucketFeet’s website as part of their summer 2013 collection is Suiko, the Hiroshima-based graffiti artist. The BucketFeet summer 2013 collection showcases three designs by Suiko, the “Masterpiece,” “Earth,” and “Virtue” style showcase his dynamic designs. The shoe designs have fun and quirky shapes with vibrant colors that will definitely make you stand out when walking down the school hallways.

Men/Women's "Earth" Canvas Slip-On, $65

Women's "Masterpiece" Canvas Lace-Up, $78
